Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana
5 medium sized strawberries
1 Tbsp (tablespoon) of creamy peanut butter
1.5 cups of juice of choice (I used cranberry grape juice)
A bit of local honey (helps with pollen allergies and is just tasty)
Couple handfuls of ice
Blend until even consistency throughout. This recipe makes about 3 cups worth of delicious smoothie. Enjoy!
